post offers opportunities for an enthusiastic, professional person with proven managerial experience to
oversee the daily operations of the club.
The successful candidate will report to the directors of the Club within the Management Committee.
Key responsibilities and attributes:
- A proven track record in general management
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with members, visitors and staff alike
- Computer literacy for golf applications and SAGE accounting
- Secretarial skills and financial awareness
- Knowledge of current employment and health and safety regulations
- Marketing strengths to maximise new members and green fee business
Although not essential, a knowledge and interest in golf could be an advantage.
